September 16, 2011 - Construction nearing completion on 14-story Brooklyn condo development

Creative Director Elena Frampton and Project Manager Michelle Hartwell were onsite installing the lobby and model unit for our new development at 144 North 8th Street in Williamsburg.

15 months of design and construction oversight brought great reward as the architectural and decorative elements came together. We met our goal of creating a playful yet elegant character within a formal condo tower. Vivid color and pattern punctuate events along the lobby sequence from large-scale mosaic insets, graphic concrete flooring, and metallic plaid wall covering panels. We designed distinct kitchens and baths in each of the 41 units and added character by lining the neutral envelope with black moldings.
