Charters are priced differently based on the season, just like hotels. This means that there are more people wanting to charter for certain periods of the year so you might find a little bit of a price spike in the "high" season and lower prices in the "low" season. These price changes also depend on your destination, for example the "high" season in Miami is in the winter months and in Croatia is in the summer. We keep prices as fair as possible all year round.

Yes- the maximum number of passengers allowed on a yacht while it isn’t docked is 13. This rule, called the Jones Act qualifies yachts for 6-13 passenger maximums while under hire. If you need help verifying how many people to invite on your charter, just contact your charter expert and they can help you out.

International chartering laws mandate that the renter and the yacht owner/ representative must have a contract signed prior to boarding the vessel to ensure safety and liability. Since Deal.com is not a brokerage company and unaffiliated with the specific yacht owners, the agreement is a necessary step.
