Charters are priced differently based on the season, just like hotels. This means that there are more people wanting to charter for certain periods of the year so you might find a little bit of a price spike in the "high" season and lower prices in the "low" season. International chartering laws mandate that the renter and the yacht owner/ representative must have a contract signed prior to boarding the vessel to ensure safety and liability.
