This was my best experience buying ski boots! My expert really listen to what I had to say, and what I felt regarding my old boots, and really worked with me to find a boot that I really like. And not only did he just help me find it but he continue to follow up and check on me and walk me through putting them on seeing how they fit and it was just amazing. For the last 15 years I've been buying ski boots in store and this was by far better than any in-store experience I've ever had!

I'm a short stocky skier and have been looking for boots for years that would fit my foot and calf. I've been sold one type of boot or another with out much rhyme or reason as to a theme of features that would work. I have tried on many boots and wrote down what others have suggested, and without telling people they mainly try to sell me the most expensive ones just cause they can. Luke didn't try to force boots on my and actually asked for pictures of my current boots. I sent a few bad pictures and he is knowledgeable enough to know what they were and could suggest the direction I should go in based on that. From my recent research and his help I have decided to try some K2 and Nordica rear entry. Both of these I have researched and he independently came to the same conclusion in a friendly and informative fashion. I wish all tech and sales help would be like him. I hope and now believe as well they will fit me.

Luke was great! He took the time to ask questions and understand what I liked and what I didn't like, gave me a list of ski's to demo and research, and was able to get the best prices on skis, bindings, and poles. I was able to get more information from Luke than talking with the employees at demo shops, and I felt like I was able to purchase a setup that was personalized for me.

Luke was so helpful with getting me (a snowboarder) into a pair of skis. He was patient as I worked through my boot issues (user error) and he really heard and understand what my needs and concerns were as I made the transition. I am so pleased with the results and can't recommend him enough!

Some people on here are expert skiers. I am not that person. My husband and children are on a different level and my hope has just been to catch up. I felt like I could say what i needed without feeling judged... and I'm so so grateful. Its hard to buy what you need without confidence.... I'm just thankful for Luke and his willingness to help me with my goals.

Responsiveness of the experts is great. It is hard to buy the skis without seeing them. I was disappointed that black Friday discounts don't seem to apply to anything. They say after you put it in your basket that it only applies to full price items.....don't advertise a discount for black Friday if it doesn't apply.

My expert, Luke, was fantastic; very helpful and quick to reply with a wide breadth of knowledge. I felt comfortable asking him questions, and he offered detailed, thoughtful responses that answered my questions well. 10/10 service from him, he's a gem! I'd hesitate to come back to Curated just because I was a bit blindsided by the tip format at the end; the Curated website really emphasizes that expert advice was free, so I assumed that experts are paid an hourly rate in addition to the commission earned from sales, similar to when you go in-person to a ski shop. If I had known a tip was part of the structure, I would have exhausted other resources first before coming to Luke. I understand tipping is optional, but when it's part of the payment structure, it often means that employees are not paid a fair wage, and it's unfair for them to suffer because of exploitative compensation structures. In researching more about the company, it does indeed seem that this is the case for Curated, which was a major disappointment.

Deep diving into Backcountry/Alpine Hybrid skiing and had no clue about the backcountry/touring. Luke educated us, connected us with great options that met our exact needs and spent hours helping My husband, son and I put together everything we need to get out there. Grateful for someone who skis the gear and knows the details to be assisting me. Genius! Would reach to him for any and all skiing needs. Thanks, Pam, David and Brodie.

Excellent advice to sort through all the options! Went back and forth with the Curated rep and I feel like he really understood my ability, likes and dislikes that lead to some great options for equipment to meet my needs. Prices are competitive or maybe not even available other places and they have their price match guarantee plus back and forth shipping for exchange items - you almost can't go wrong with trying them out.

My daughter and I decided to “start”’ the process of shopping for ski gear. We ended up completing one of what will eventually be multiple purchases through Luke. This was a fantastic way to learn and get stuff done and crossed off the list. Thank you Luke! Lana and Paige
