The outdoors have been a huge part of my life ever since I began participating in outdoors hobbies (fishing, camping, hiking, etc...) in my early years. Eventually leading to jobs with different park systems, retail outfitters, and professional guiding opportunities.
I consider myself lucky, as I was not only able to mold this passion into a way-of-life, but also into a career of much variety. With multiple "outdoors" certifications, extensive travel, and countless experiences (such as, and because of, on/off full-time car camping since 2018), I truly enjoy helping others get outside to experience life beyond physical walls.

Amazing. I needed to purchase 5 sets of backpacking gear for the Jamaican national park. The funds came from a small Peace Corp grant, so funds were tight. I wasn’t looking forward to researching and selecting appropriate gear. Somehow, Adam and I found each other on-line. It was a stellar experience, in all respects. Thanks to Adam- park rangers, “bushers” and volunteers will be able to carve trails, in the remote back country, of the Blue Mountains, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Adam is such an expert in all that is outdoors! I’m planning a 5 day hike on the Appalachian trail and needed everything from shoes, to tents, to hammocks and sleeping bags and he’s been a tremendous help through my search! He’s quick to respond, listens to all of needs, a great deal of attention to detail and will most definitely be the person I come to for any future outdoor travel and gear questions and purchases!
