I hail from the booming metropolis (aka sleepy mountain town, population 3,500) of McCall, ID, and have been on skis so long that I have no memory of learning. This is probably for the best, as rumor on the street is that I cried my entire first day on skis. Things seem to have come a long way since those days, and time on snow now mostly equates to smiles.
These days, I'm living in Bozeman, MT, and am skiing the cold smoke as much as possible! I have a degree in Chemical Engineering from Montana State University, and picked up a women's skiing NCAA DI National Championship title during my time nordic ski racing for MSU.
I'm driven by the excitement and nerves of that first turn into an unknown line. Generally, I can be found backcountry skiing, nordic skiing, trail running, or climbing in the mountains every moment of my free time.
I am excited to share my knowledge from a lifetime of skiing, and years as a broke college student hunting down the best deal on my dream setups. Let me help you find the best ski for the best deal on your first pair, sixth addition to your quiver, or anything in between. I'm just stoked to help get you out there having a blast in the snow!
