I really appreciated Braeden's patience and kindness. I'm brand new and have zero foundational knowledge in golf. Braeden curated a few options in my price range and explained some benefits of each piece. I only purchased one item today but I plan on returning to this list post-holiday for additional items.

I was looking online for the best golf set for my level and age. I found the Curated website and was connected to Braeden. He's been extremely helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. He was able to provide me with a few options and was honest about the pros/cons when asked about the selections. His expertise helped me select the best set for what I need.

Braeden is always very quick to respond, and available to chat at anytime. Maybe the best buying experience I’ve had in sometime !

The sales associate I worked with was very helpful and pleasant until it came down to purchasing his recommendations. I was able to find the same recommended clubs at a discounted rate so I chose to buy elsewhere. When I expressed this to him I was told “Gotcha, wish you would have let me know that at the beginning as I spent quite a bit of time working hard to get you all set up, especially as I work on 100% commission. Take care” I did leave a tip for the time and help but the pressure to purchase and choice of wording was unprofessional and uncalled for. I do not recommend using Curated.com for any inquires unless you are ready to purchase or be ready to be shamed and told you are wasting their time.

The experience with answering questions and allowing for additional information through Braeden’s specific questions made my decision easier. Although my son helped too.
