I appreciate that Brandon provided multiple options for my tennis shoes. I went with Wilson Kaos Swift (M), which had good reviews and discount. I would have enjoyed the experience more if Brandon shared with me about what makes a great tennis shoe. As he's the tennis expert, I expected to learn something new about the sport and product itself. Instead, I felt that he asked only about the information he needs to pick a product (i.e. asking about size and budget). As a consumer, I would have appreciated if he showed more personal interest by asking exploratory questions about my tennis game, any questions I may have about the sport, and how I want to improve. Then, I would have felt that I was building a relationship with an expert rather than someone who focuses on selling products only (relationship building vs transactional). Overall, I enjoyed my experience but I thought I'd provide constructive feedback.

Brandon was very helpful and diligent with answering questions. My only constructive criticism is I wish he told me more about what specs I should look for and what they mean so I could better assess what choice is best as a beginner player.
