Brianna really helped me figure out exactly what I need which made things a lot easier. I still have a few items on the list that I need but will buy slowly and be set next winter. The Roxy board is very light. It does look more purple in the pictures which is why I really wanted that specific board. It is not as purple in person but still a pretty board overall.

There are just certain parts of the country where it's hard to find someone who's knowledgeable about gear to help inform your next board purchase, and I live in one of them. The local shops try, sometimes, but there just aren't that many people with a breadth of knowledge that it takes to really get in the weeds, and make a proto-gearhead like myself feel like I've explored the options and am really ending up with a board that is what I'm looking for. Over the course of a couple weeks(!) Brianna listened to what I wanted in a board, tailored recommendations for the type of riding I wanted to do, answered and asked questions, and really got in the gearhead weeds with me, and just helped make a potentially overwhelming process straight up fun. I'm not usually one to take a flyer on instagram ads, but I'm glad I did, and can't wait to get my new board out on the mountain.

With quick responses good humor and great recommendations, she knows her stuff. Playing around with the idea of a couple Brands and board styles and the first recommendation she made was the board I went with. And when I tell you I don’t regret it one bit. 2023 Jones mountain twin was everything I wanted in a board. To whoever is in charge know she was extremely helpful and kind and deserves a raise.

Brianna takes every single detail into account when finding the right board for you ! She was super helpful with helping me figure out my true style of riding, as well as the characteristics I was looking for in a board. 10/10 would recommend to anyone if they are looking for a kind, patient, well detailed help!

Brianna was quick to respond and send recommendations for me including color and size that worked for me. She helped me buy my first snowboard and even offered to help once my gears arrives to help set it up !

Pretty good except I had trouble with a glitch where it would move everything to the left side of the screen and when I refreshed it wouldn’t fix it. Not sure why.
