Bryant was super knowledgeable. He totally personalized my experience from start to finish, looked at my goals, gave me tips and was always there whenever I had a question! Would totally recommend using a curated expert to help figure out what gear you need and what options fit you best.

Bryant was awesome I spoke to him last march about buying a pair of skis on close out. I could not decide. He stayed in contact with me for over year checking in giving options off and on. The ski I wanted was not on sale but finally went on sale he emailed me and got me hooked up before my February and March ski trips. I feel like I got great advice great gear at a great price!

I stumbled upon Curated as I was looking for guidance online on purchasing skis based on height/weight/ski level/etc. I assumed it would just be a site where I plugged in my specs into a calculator and it spit out some automated search results. Admittedly, I was a little skeptical at first of having to go through a chat in order to find out that information, but I can now say it was the most pleasant live-chat experience I've ever participated in. It was a far cry from the automated bots or clearly-outsourced live chats that a lot of these can be. It was a real conversation with a real person (you could tell by the personal details and knowledge of some of the places I've skied that Bryant added into the conversation), and he came up with a few great suggestions based on the detailed questions he asked. He even made the effort to make a video of himself explaining the features he liked of each ski and what made them different from each other. It took some time to finally decide to take the plunge and make the purchase, but even in the few weeks between my initial request and making the purchase, Bryant followed up periodically in a friendly but not pushy way offering his help if needed. When I finally hit "confirm purchase", I got a message from Bryant (in addition to the automated one from the website) wishing me well on using the skis and happy holidays. It was certainly a very personalized and "curated" experience - like a friend or someone who knows you well helping guide you along to your best decision rather than a salesperson trying to get a commission. Would gladly recommend Curated and will happily use them in the future for another type of purchase!

I came here looking for a cheap ski in comparison to the Rossignol Sender 90 pros. Bryant basically ignored my question to start, just telling me that I need to get a more expensive ski to have a better time on the snow. Then after he showed me two options, I thought maybe I should get a slightly better ski that didn’t come with bindings. But as soon as I ask him what to look for in a binding, he ignores my question completely and just says I should go with the skis he recommended. Really annoying that he was not accommodating at all.

I loved having a chat window, email and text thread all updated with every communication. Made it super easy to pick up where I left off when work got busy. And Bryant was awesome!!! Thank you! I will be back when I need more gear for sure!!!

Bryant was very responsive and gave great advice. I sent him some questions from some of the research I had done on my own and we discussed the pros and cons of all the options. I ended up going with his top choice based on our discussion. He saved me a lot of time with his knowledge and got me the best deal possible. I will definitely reach out to him again for future purchases.

He obviously is a dedicated skier and really know the details of a bunch of different lines of ski product! He’s a really nice guy, and is super responsive. He’s has a nice balance between realizing you have a budget, but also making sure you get a nice product.
