Really listened to my needs!

I was looking for a very different ski than what I currently use and Charlie listened and gave me GREAT feedback and advice on many different brands and skis, even the ones that I looked at myself. I ended up landing on a different one than the initial curation but Charlie was there every step of the way giving advice and I feel great about my choice.
