Having never used Curated before, I was naive to how the process worked. I was connected with David after answering some questions about what I was looking for. David was calm, never pushy, and extremely helpful. It felt like I was talking with a friend who was knowledgeable about espresso machines. I liked how I could message him through my usual messaging app or through Curated’s website and they synced effortlessly. I also appreciated that I never felt rushed or pressured to make a purchase. !! I did not know a thing about fancy coffee makers and David was amazing! He educated me about the different types and why they were better than other brands. I finally went with the Eletta by DeLonghi…after David answered about a million questions from me. My husband flipped when he opened it and started studying this machine. He loved it and we now have people stopping by just to see his Christmas present.

I was met with a response in a very timely manner, David was knowledgeable and helped me narrow down a handful of options. I've done a fair amount of research, and I'm profficient at making espresso, however seeing so many mixed reviews online had me hesitant to make a choice. David's advice and insight to available products gave me a much clearer idea of how to move forward with my decision! Unfortunately, living in Alaska means I pay extra in shipping, and in this case $125 is a deterrent for me to utilize this company to make my purchase. I'm quite bummed about this, because this company seems to have a fabulous business model and set up. Regardless, David's insight is what I needed in order to make my decision.
