I'm a coffee lover who has been involved in the coffee sector for over 10 years. I've spent many years behind an espresso machine making lattes and espresso and several years traveling the world while drinking coffee and visiting cafes. (If you want some recommendations for cafes in Tokyo let me know!) I've been lucky enough to repair many grinders, meet many coffee legends, and attend many cuppings.

Eric helped me curate my perfect espresso setup!
I’m a long time breville user and have had the breville barista express for a long time. I always told myself I’d look into something that I can play with more and make better coffee with once my machine dies on me, and that day came last week. ’d been shopping around, but having Eric curate some options for me that fit my needs was perfect. I was impressed by this service, especially since he was so responsive and personal to what I wanted. Thanks to his recommendations, I’ll have amazing coffee again soon

I’ve been thinking about pulling the pin on an espresso machine for over a year now. I’ve done loads of research and was a bit stuck on the implications of the different parameters that come with the different machines. Helpful & Personable
Eric was extremely helpful when I was stuck between two options. He laid out all the details for me, and even generated a video walking through the machines - as well as additional resources to check out once I have the machine itself. Eric made personal connections and kept the conversation friendly, yet professional. I almost went with one option, but last minute, with some of Eric's knowledge, I switched over to the other model. I definitely recommend Eric when making purchases!

I have wanted a coffee set up at home for a while and didn't want to spend a ton! I had little idea of what I wanted at home, but I have worked in coffee shops previously as a barista. Eric helped me find a setup within my budget and answered the many questions I had to ask when comparing the products. I am looking forward to trying these out and having them for a long time!

Eric was so helpful
I came into the process knowing absolutely nothing about espresso machines, and Eric took the time to talk with me and find out exactly what I was looking for to find the right machine for me (I ended up getting the breville bambino) He sent me videos comparing different machines in my price range, and gave me his honest opinions on said machines. He always responded very quickly and was there to answer all of my questions (there were a lot). Overall 10/10 experience - also my first time ever using curated and I am very satisfied !!!!!
