Extremely helpful, knowledgeable about snowboarding in the west coast. Understands types of terrains and the type of board suited for the type of riding I like. I came in with an idea of what I’m looking for. 3 yrs exp snowboarding and only used 2 boards: box knife and Burton. He asked critical questions, looked for multiple offers, videos for me to learn about the products, offered pricing matching and provided details on the process. Eric was so awesome! Even though he was offline when I originally texted him, he responded within less than a minute! I was super needy asking so many questions even the same questions multiple times but he was so helpful and kind about it. Eric helped me choose a new snowboard and bindings. The process was so simple and smooth. I told him my experience level and he gave me 4 choices of boards and 3 choices of bindings at various price ranges. All of his picks came with detailed descriptions and all the technical details. I was working out of the country at the time so I was not always available to focus on this process. Eric would check in to see what I thought of his picks but was never pushy. I liked that. He was always there when I did have a question and would respond quickly. It was great getting this kind of expert help and shopping at my own pace. I would highly recommend Eric and Curated.

I had never been to your sight and I was thinking about buying a new snowboard set up, how we’d had no clue and was planning on going into our local shop. How we, Eric appeared and we started conversing. His wealth of knowledge of all the products that I inquired about was impressive. Even when I strayed and asked about other products he was helpful. I normally would never buy am entire snowboarding set up online, but after talking to Eric and he providing me with everything I needed, I decided to buy from curated because of him (the only reason I didn’t buy the bindings was that your expedited shipping wasn’t fast enough and I needed these products within two days). Eric Williams was not only very knowledgeable about the various products I was inquiring about, but he was also patient and helpful in meeting my needs. I normally would never order snowboarding equipment online, but instead go into a store to purchase it, however, due to his extensive knowledge and insight, I purchased it because of him. You all are lucky to have him as an expert!

I went snowboarding for the first time pretty late in the season, and I loved it. I immediately started googling everything to know about snowboards, how to pick the best one, which size I needed, what different technologies different boards have. It was overwhelming. I stumbled across Curated and Eric immediately started getting to know me and what I was looking for. I used to work in retail, so anytime I shop I feel like people are trying to sell me something, I understand that is part of the goal, to make the sales, but Eric also made sure I was getting what I want/need and not just paying for the most expensive equipment if I don’t need/want it. He was very patient, personable, and fun to chat with. He continues to answer all of my questions. I only bought boots and a board so far, but I look forward to shopping with Eric for the rest of my equipment in the near future.

Eric spent the time to read my background info of what and where I ride so he could best advise me. He asked some questions and then put together a few boards he thought would best suite me. He seemed way more concerned that I was informed and find a board that suites what I’m looking for rather than just get a sale. Both my wife and I needed an overhaul to our snowboard setup and Eric was able to provide excellent recommendations based on our abilities and budget.
