I started skiing shorty after I learned how to walk. Soon after that I discovered I really loved speed and fell in love with ski racing. I traveled throughout much of the US during my youth racing and training and spent many summers training at Mt Hood. I lived in Telluride for awhile post college & I continue to spend a few weeks out in CO every winter with my husband and 2 boys. It has been excited to teach them how to ski over the years and watch them advance and also develop a passion for alpine ski racing!
Whether I'm on my telemark, alpine, touring or nordic setup I love making turns in all kinds of conditions. You'll often see me either free skiing or volunteering at our boy's ski races all around the Midwest & CO.
Before working as a ski expert at Curated I worked in corporate America for a few decades in a variety of different sales roles. I also currently work for our local resort as the Alpine Race Program Development Coordinator.
During the off season I'm an avid golfer, mountain and road biker, trail runner, water skier, upland bird hunter and I spend as much time as possible co-captaining our boat around the Great Lakes with my family.
I have a huge passion for sharing the knowledge I've gained over many years of shredding turns. I enjoy talking to people who share the same passion for the sport(s) I LOVE so much!
