Everything I do is outdoors! I love grilling, Skiing, and biking! I have spent time selling grills all around North America with Traeger grills. Grilling is a big passion of mine - I have spent time doing everything from low and slow pulled pork smokes to high heat steak and chicken grills. When summer is rolling around you can find me firing up the Traeger BBQing low and slow on my deck, or you can catch me camping in the UT backcountry grilling steaks and brats over natural campfire flame!

Beyond Grilling and outdoor cooking, I have a massive passion for skiing (ski expert), real estate and flying. My favorite thing about grilling would be the people and culture grilling brings together - many relationships have been forged over a cold beer and favored grilled meat (this is why I love grilling).

Normally I like to do all my own research but Ethan was exactly what I needed to give me a kickstart in the right direction. I had a very specific list of requirements.
