Born and raised in Chicago. In 2003 I picked up my first rental Rossi from Alpine Valley resort in Elkhorn, Wisconsin (proceeded to snap it racking on a tree 🤦🏾♂️) I was hooked.
After 6 years stuck in the icy midwest glades, I got my first taste of Rocky Mountain powder. From that moment i could never ride those hills again. From there I would abandon my home in the plains for rocky mountain pow turns.
I’m your personal gear nerd with years of obsessive research and knowledge. Ill get you get the perfect setup to crush those sketchy back bowls, bomb those absurdly steep chutes, or stomp any park feature. Were not gettin younger, so lets ride fast and take risks!

My New Go To for anything snowboarding related
Frankie is A1, top notch and his ratings and reviews speaks for itself. I went to 3 different ski shops in my area and I was sized wrong, told certain brands were high quality when they weren’t, would have been paying to much and just put on a bad path overall. I’m glad I stumbled upon Curated. I threw so many questions at Frankie and he welcomed and answered them all. I needed a new board, boots and bindings and I got a great deal. Got a 2024 Libtech Coldbrew with Now IPO Bindings and 32 boots for less than my local ski shops offered for Never Summer, K2, etc., packages. I can’t wait to get on the mountain! Everyone needs a Frankie in their life!
Frankie was awesome!! It's refreshing to talk to a real person and not a robot like most websites have nowadays. I love snowboarding and needed an upgrade now that I'm getting more serious. He gave me so many options in my price range and did not pressure me at all to buy anything (even though I totally was going to buy something). We had friendly conversation in between his researching and it made the whole experience easy and fun! Thanks again Frankie!

Frankie with non stop help!
Once again had Frankie as an expert to help me choose a board for my up and coming little shredder! Gave a lot of knowledge about many boards an how to go about it for a toddler in choosing one, after everything an making my purchase feel super confident in the board for my little man! If you need help for urself or any little ones frankie is ur guy to talk with hell have u feeling good about ur purchase an leave u with the things u need to know cant wait for get the little shredder on the Rome Minishred!

Quick and helpful!
Frankie responded so quickly it surprised me (it was late and I was just testing out the site) but he was super friendly and nailed my needs with every suggested board he sent me! He even made some suggestions I hadn't considered before and taught me something new in the process. This process was fast and painless and I would definitely recommend talking to this guy.

True Expert!
It'd been over 10 years since I bought board/boots/bindings. Frankie was super approachable and helped educate me on all the new tech i.e. camber/rockers etc.
I felt super confident pulling the trigger on a new board, binding, and boots thanks to his help. First time using Curated and I'll be back largely because of Frankie. Shred on, dude!

Frankie was great! Super helpful
I wanted to get my brother a board for Christmas. Anywhere else I went, kept shoving these boards at me that were not at all what I was looking for. When I googled “need help with snowboard.” (Haha!) curated came up and Frankie contacted me. He was very helpful in showing me exactly what my brother needs to ride the east coast. Can’t wait to surprise my brother but I can say, he wouldn’t be getting this board if it wasn’t for Frankie! I was clueless!

Aaron's experience with Frankie
Everything from the start of the quiz was straight forward and easy. I got my expert Frankie. In a matter of seconds and right of the bat we started talking back and forth. He answers fast and with expert advice and opinions that I could tell were from experience. We talked till midnight when I finally made my decision. I could tell he is a real person who enjoys the sport and isn't trying to upcharge you. He gave expert advice on what to get based on simply his experienced with the gear and his knowledge.
