So I purchase snowboard three years ago in a store near to my home and the guy over there probably just tried to close the deal and get paid. Unfortunately, I ended up buying the wrong board for me. Very approachable and understanding guy! Had some things come up and wasn’t able to buy at the start of season and he was very understanding and didn’t continuously message me fishing for a sale which is unlike most sales associates I’ve dealt with. He’s a great guy who knows what he’s talking about and I hope to speak with him again when I’m ready for my next purchase!

I was recommended curated by a buddy and figured I'd give it a shot, although I knew exactly what I wanted. Their expert informed me that they don't carry that exact product but gave me a few others similar. Options I wouldn't have considered on my own. I'm very happy with my overall experience and glad I was able to pick something extremely similar to my original at a better cost.

From knowing what's best for you at the level you're looking for to finding the right deals to being the most patient person, Gaelen is about as great as it gets! I've been looking into getting a board for about a year and a half and Gaelen was helping me every step of the way while giving me the time I need to sort my college life out and make my indecisive decisions!
