I've never actually done research on my boards, I've always just grabbed them and dealt with the consequences. Garret was actually willing to explain the differences of board styles and give realistic and practical recommendations beyond my normal "yeah this board looks cool".

He’s here for many reasons. Obviously very knowledgeable and probably expert level in this amazing sports. But what impressed me the most was his follow-up. I was shopping then went away, then came back at midnight and he updated my options IMMEDIATELY and started conversation. So all of my questions were answered as I shopped his picks, and seriously he saved my time so much. It’s great to consult your options with a live person but it’s amazing that I can shop out of 5-6 that are recommended by expert like him instead of 50-60 that I don’t have any knowledge of.
