I grew up skiing in Vermont on the icy mountains of Killington, Okemo, and Magic. I remember bothering my parents to take me west as early as 5th grade so I could go ski powder, but they never did. After college in Washington D.C., I moved to Hood River, OR where I worked at an outdoors store, kiteboarded, mt. biked, and skied as much as possible. Since the late 90’s, I have skied many volcanoes, ski resorts, and backcountry areas throughout the western United States and Canada. I have tele skied, snowboarded, and now purely alpine ski. Overall, I enjoy any sport that keeps me active either on the water, in the mountains, or anywhere in the great outdoors. I look forward to helping my fellow snow sports enthusiasts find the gear that is right for them and in-turn I hope this helps them discover the similar joy I find adventuring in the outdoors.
