Haley made my purchase easy as possible. I told her all my needs and she got everything together quickly. I had many questions that she answered knowledgeably and professionally. I couldn't have gotten a better person to take care of me.

Haley knew her stuff. She said a lot in her replies. NO sentence fragment answers. Spoke the language of people who fish. Baits ... gear ... target species. She had plenty to say and I was listening to it all. Super help on the rod selection. Kept working on more choices while I was looking at her initial picks. Her whole gig worked for me ... probably works for anyone who wants quality service.

Haley has kept in contact with me for much longer then I would expect anyone to do. I didn't have the money for nearly a month to get the reel she picked out for me. She has kept in contact and talked fishing with me for the entire time I've been waiting to have the extra cash! Couldn't ask for better service! I hope if I use curated again that they match me with her next time as well!

Well, the idea is great and the expert was really helpful, but even though I put in Finland in the setup process, there is currently no option for international shipping. It was a bit of a disappointment in the checkout to say the least. Maybe have the UX guys take a look at the issue? Put me on a list for when this is international, as the idea is fantastic.
