Born in the Midwest and raised in Colorado, I've been skiing for my entire life and I see no stopping point! Over the years, I have expanded into backcountry skiing in addition to ripping resorts - now splitting my time about 50-50 between the two. While my main stomping grounds are in the Colorado Front Range, I have skied all over the country. While attending CU Boulder, I earned my AIARE Level 1 & Level 2 Avalanche Certifications. I am also an active member of the Colorado backcountry community and enjoy mentoring those new to the sport.

Henry was super helpful and gave honest and unbiased advice!
Henry was super helpful. First I decided to buy a resort ski setup and he was helpful answering all my questions. He also got me a price match to get a super good deal on some Salomon skis. I was then curious about getting into backcountry skiing and he sent me his free and beginner friendly guide to get into the sport. Highly reccomend Henry! He cares about helping you beyond his job!

Henry is AMAZING!

I have heard some bad things about curated and the experts, but Henry was super helpful. Very patient and willing to answer all of my questions without forcing me or pressuring me to buy like im sure a lot of the experts are. Great experience overall.

Henry Backs up Recommendations with Knowledge
As an advanced skier, but somewhat out of practice with buying ski equipment I found Henry to be very knowledgeable and useful in picking out the right gear for my needs. He did everything an expert could do online to check to make sure the gear would fit me and explained why he made his recommendations even when I questioned it. I'm excited to get my equipment and can't wait to test it out! Would definitely recommend Henry to anyone looking for a downhill ski set!

Great follow up
I thought it was very cool that Henry followed up with me. Candidly, that's why I ended up purchasing through Curated. This isn't to do with Henry, but I found the request for a tip at the end offputting. I assumed Curated supported the ski experts.

I've been using the same skis for 13 years and have been agonizing over getting a new setup. After doing tons of research and spinning in circles, I decided to reach out to a Curated expert for help. Henry made the experience better!

Henry was awesome!!
This process was so easy! I had been dragging my feet about getting new gear mainly because I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted or needed. After a short conversation with Henry about the type of skier I am, my location, and mountains I frequent he was able to provide me with a few different options, top picks, and why he thought they would be right for me. I will definitely be recommending him to my friends and family!

Very helpful
I’ve been shopping for skis for 6 months. Trying to do the research on my own was a little overwhelming. This process made it much easier. In less than an hour I had skiis, bindings and poles ordered that would go with my previously purchased boots.
