I started using the app almost completely new to bikes and Jacob was super easy to talk to, approachable and very responsive. He changed and prioritized our plan and recommendations as I learned more about bikes overall and went above and beyond to ensure I would get what I wanted and avoided extra costs for things that weren’t necessary for my current needs.

Jacob was such an awesome resource. I truly knew nothing about the Curated model or had even heard about it but after seeing their ads about a dozen times while researching for different bikes online I decided to try it out. I am so thankful I did! I had been to a number of different bike stores and no one was really able to give me a truly unbiased recommendation - they all just pushed the bikes they had in stock right now! Jacob listened to my goals and offered advice as well. I am beyond happy with his recommendation and my purchase - it’s the best bike I have ever owned. My favorite part was even after I received the bike he has continued to communicate with me and follow up on how I was enjoying it. Truly a professional! I would highly recommend Jacob if you are in the market for a new bike - he definitely knows his stuff but will also listen to your desires and not be pushy in his help or recommendations! Went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for. When I was stuck with zero clue what I needed he was able to find the exact specifications for everything and gave me a few different options for my budget. Was even able to find stock on a few things that I cant find anywhere else.

Jake is an excellent curator with helpful and relevant advice regarding the e-bike I was shopping for. He’s a pleasure to work with, and made what could be a confusing and/or frustrating decision making process feel like a fun hang out.
