Loved working with Jeffery. He was professional, patient and persistent.. in a good way. Didn’t like the guilt trip that was given when I found a similar ski on a different site for less. Curated said they had my ski and when I went to purchase it wasn’t in inventory, so looked elsewhere for the same setup. That’s when I was made ti feel guilty for looking. Fyi.. tip amounts are provided post purchase. Jeff earned the tip but I was still surprised. Overall a quality and valuable partnership with Jeff.

If you want a truly curated experience, look no further! Jeff has been so wonderful all season long with great recommendations for everything from glove liners to new skis. He even provided top notch curations when I was just browsing. Few months later he even updated them to add the new 2024 models which really made me feel like I’m shopping at Bergdorfs. I ended up snagging a great deal because of him and cannot wait for the start of the season now. Thank you so much Jeff!

Before coming to this sight, I was somewhat new to skiing, and I had been renting my gear in previous years. When Jeff was assigned as my expert, he was quick to get an understanding for what I was looking for, and found great gear that I could take a look at. I was confident with my purchase because I trusted Jeff’s well-shown expert knowledge.

I was browsing new skis and bindings and came across Curated's site. I didn't expect any reply on a Saturday night but Jeff was great, answered almost instantly and came up with several great options to fit my budget and skiing style. Thank you!!!!! Now I have to check them all out.:)

Being stationed in Europe, there is an issue as far as shipping is concerned from curated. My address isn't recognized in their system. But Jeff was able to give some good recommendations that Ill be able to use when I go to an in person store locally. Thanks Jeff

This is my first Curated experience. Shopped around after receiving initial offers. Found a different ski which I liked better. Curated representative found it at a better price for me. Can't wait to get them on the snow!

Solid so far. Bring that I purchased multiple pairs of boots on this order because I live in an area with no boot stores to try them on, the next hurdle will be the return process.
