Jess LeBorgne
Ever since I can remember I've been comfortable outside. In fact, when I was a kid, I was only allowed 1 hour of TV/video games and other then that, my brother and I were outdoors. Hiking around in the woods mainly and building forts and all kinds of cool stuff. I grew up with nothing behind our house but woods which seemingly went on forever. I think I found comfort in these surroundings at an early age. I grew up camping every summer in Maine with my family and had my first tenting experience when I was a toddler and my mom was actually pregnant with my little brother. As I got older, I got curious about exploring new places and moved to the White Mountains of New Hampshire and Mount Chocorua was my first hike- but not my last. I spent years in the Whites exploring the different landscapes, waterfalls, and some of the AT. As I moved to the south of the state, I completed the Monadnock-Sunapee Greenway and to this day is one of my favorite experiences. Now a Pennsylvania resident, I keep finding new places to get out and explore and hope to complete the PA AT section in the coming years. Being outside and exploring is a grounding experience for me and something that almost anyone can enjoy with the proper gear and an adventurous spirit :) I'm Jess. I sleep better outdoors then in. I also have a winter sports/snowboarding account if you'd like to know more about me! curated.com/e/jess.leborgne Let's Chat!
