He was up front about the cost of maintenance and even went to go measure the cord for me (he has one of the items I purchased in his home). Joe was friendly, knowledgeable, and overall the main reason why I chose to buy my air purifier from Curated. I usually go cheap with somewhere like Amazon, and with the price match the purifier would've costed the same either way - but having the extra help in deciding on which model would be best was relieving, and Joe was a very reliable helper. He was also not lighting up my message box with constant persistent messages like some commission workers can do, so I appreciate that all of his messages were polite, friendly, and relevant. I wish I could've bought the first one he recommended, because it was amazing and perfect for what I needed; since it was out of my price range, he immediately followed up with another perfect recommendation that fit my budget. Joe was great! He went above and beyond to find us a better deal. He even contacted Winix to find out what was coming in the product so we wouldn't have to buy extra accessories. Now that is good customer service!! He didn't have to do that.
