I have grilled ever since I was 10 years old. I started when I told my dad I can’t eat his burnt chicken breast.
For most of my life I used and cooked on propane and charcoal grills. That all changed about 10 years ago when one of my friends in the military was re-stationed and I was gifted a small electric smoker. I was hooked! I started to explore different smokers, from barrel smokers, to side box, and now have a pellet.
I recently have tried to focus on wild game meat and have learned how to turn a lean piece game meat to a piece of culinary art!
