I was new the Curated experience, but Johnny was SO helpful! He had answers to every single question I had and was very open to hearing more when I had a concern. I feel like I was set up with the best board, boot, and binding bundle. I could not have done that on my own. I look forward to using this site, as well as Johnny's expertise for any other future snowboarding purchases I make.

Jonny was very helpful. He was very intentional with trying to best understand what I was needing. He asked detailed clarifying questions and later provided explanations for his recommendations. He was accommodating and helped shift a few products on the list to find the best possible product for my preferences. Great guy!

I’ve been looking around the site for some time and originally had my eye out for a specific board. Unfortunately it was out of stock but Jonny was able to help me get locked in to something similar and recommended a proper size board for my build. As someone who works in a customer service based field where personal connection and relations is the make or break on a big deal. This man would be hired instantaneously. Every question answered in depth. Not just "yes, no" But a true explanation to where i understood WHY, not just told what to do or what to buy. Questions asked to tailor to my need. Every interaction felt real, as it was coming from a genuine person who's goal was to help others in a field he was not only very knowledgeable in but also passionate. Imagine this. It's your wedding day, you're marrying the woman of your dreams and you need to be the best you can be. But wait. You don't know your size! You don't know your pant length! You don't know what hemming is, let alone custom tailoring. You cannot afford to ruin this occasion. So what do you do? You talk to Jonny. Case closed.

Jonny was very knowledgeable, helpful, and prompt in answering all my questions. I thought it was a bot at first because it sounded too good to be true! He gave me great gear options based on both what I wanted and needed for my skill level. This saved me a lot of trouble from having to research by-myself.

Johnny immediately made me feel comfortable about what I was trying to achieve and did not offer. Suggestions that were very high priced just because. He offered a mixture of suggestions in pricing, and for my experience level, I ended up going with his top rated items because of his knowledge and professionalism. My family enjoy snowboarding but haven’t purchased new decks for AWHILE so not up on new and improved equipment. Johnny S was very helpful and asked great questions that made me comfortable in taking his advice. Purchased decks ad a gift for the kids but will recommend they come back and get advice from Johnny S on bindings and other items.
