Snowboarding has been my life's passion since I first strapped in at age 12. I started out wakeboarding and skateboarding in my primary school days, once I moved to snow I was hooked and everything else took a backseat. My family even bought a home at a resort in central BC in order to grow that passion as a family.
I grew up just south of Seattle and currently reside in Seattle proper, however I was fortunate to attend college in the snowboard mecca, Salt Lake City. Getting to experience Wasatch powder and lap some of the best parks in the world is a lifelong highlight. I continue to make annual trips back to SLC to get my dry pow fix. Some of my favorite places to ride in the PNW are Crystal Mountain, Alpental, and of course BAKER! Back in my SLC days you could find me lapping Pick and Shovel at PC on clear days or riding rock gardens at Brighton on the deep Utah days.
I now work as a corporate buyer hoping to someday work for a snowboard manufacturer in procurement and inventory management. When not at work I am in the mountains on my bike, board, or hiking with my wife. I'm living the mountain life in the city.
