I'm an Industrial Engineer by day, but my favorite spare time activity is skiing, hands-down! Unfortunately, there isn't whole lot of skiing to do during the off-season...so you'll find me camping or hiking (usually with my dog, Freya) instead.

Background - I grew up as a teenager camping and hiking on the East Coast, mostly in my home state of Connecticut. As an adult, I found myself drawn to the PNW, specifically the Seattle area. I've been living here for about 7 years now, and get outdoors as much as possible. When I'm trapped inside, I love to pore over the latest gear and equipment, and check trip reports.
