Super Knowledgeable and Accessible
As someone buying skis for the first time, but having skied for a few years Leo was incredibly helpful! He took into account what I prioritized but also explained why a suggestion might be out of my initial request. For example, he got ahead of my question on why bindings are expensive and why it is important to not only focus on the skis but the bindings as well.

Chloe's experience with Leo
This was such an easy process! I put in all of my information, even down to what colors I wanted my skis to be to match my boots. Leo found everything, from a good deal, the colors, and right ski for me being a beginner/intermediate. Leo was very responsive and gave me multiple options to choose from, narrowing it down making it easy for me to pick! It took me less than a week to order and I am super excited for everything to come in!

impressive customer service
Leo was incredibly helpful throughout my buying experience. I bought ski gear for my “beginner” girlfriend, and as a snowboarder it’s been a very long time from my last ski gear purchase.
I love to spend time researching and comparing product specs and cost/benefit analysis. However, with Leo’s expertise and friendliness, I was able to expedite the buying process and I felt very confident about the various equipment I went with.
Leo came recommended from a family member and after this experience I absolutely plan on coming back to Leo and Curated for my own future upgrade plans.

Knowledgeable and helpful picking skis
Leo was really helpful to narrow down what seems like a million options to four. It took several questions and some chatting back and forth and eventually Leo gave me all the information I needed to make a decision. This was my first time using Curated and I found it easy to use, quick, and a good deal. The pricing is on par with other legitimate retailers, but the expert tailored support adds tremendous value!

Problem solver
I ordered a binding end of last season to match my ski. Unfortunately it was not a good match. Leo was there the whole time to help me solve the issue. From return the unmatched binding to find a new binding that will match the racing plate. Highly recommended. He is the best.
