Hey! I'm Mariah and I grew up in Spokane, Washington. I started Nordic skiing when I was 16 months and have been in love with the snow ever since! I learned to alpine ski when I was 4, and we went on family ski trips over Christmas to try out new areas and generally made it up every weekend to ski throughout my childhood.

I now ski both alpine and telemark (I can even pretty competently make it down the mountain on a snowboard) I enjoy backcountry skiing for the peace and quiet and untracked powder but really love resort skiing - chairlifts! I moved to Missoula, Montana for college and fell in love with the nature and the community. These days, I mostly ski at Snowbowl. :)

I worked retail selling ski gear for a bit and really enjoyed getting to put people in the best gear for their personal style. In my retail capacity I also worked fitting boots so I'm pretty confident in finding the right fit for you, even online! My husband is a ski patroller and I'm very involved with the skiing community. I'm hoping to raise my daughter and 2 sons to be little rippers!

All around amazing

Buying my first set of skis was certainly daunting (especially in Juneau, Ak) with no stores where I live carrying beginner level skis online was my only real option. Patience of a SAINT
