My first day on skis, my first run, was when I was 4 yrs old. To this day I remember the feeling ~ I was hooked immediately and I have been skiing the dream ever since.
After growing up chasing the older kids at the local hills I started racing USSA which took me East racing in New England during high school. This is where I learned how to ski really fast along with learning how to tune skis from a World Cup ski tech. During college I raced for MSU while coaching for the local high school ski teams. My ski addiction continued and I became a career instructor as well as a developmental race coach for Team Summit in Colorado. I am very fortunate to be able to attend the Ski Industry Association demo days Every year, it's when I get to be a kid in a candy store and try all the latest and greatest skis. It's just a blast to ski so many different skis, and I ski the women's skis too so I'm able to give genuine advice to everyone regardless of their skill level and terrain choice. Most importantly, every Skier has their own style and I firmly believe that with today's ski design and technology there's a ski that compliments any individual's personal style.
The ski community truly is a family and this is a great way for me to share my knowledge and passion with All. It's a joy to be apart of the Curated Team and help guide you to your new favorite pair of skis!
