I have been an outdoor adventurer since I was a boy scout & sea explorer in my teens, buckskinner & fur trade re-enactor in my 20's, canoe camper and backpacker since my 30's and many, many family camping trips.
I love GEAR! I am a firm believer in having the right gear to match the trip. I have lived out of a Eureka 2 person tent for 3 months in the Rockies and a wall tent for 6 weeks in the eastern high desert of Oregon. I know what to look for in quality gear and I love sharing that with others so they can have great experiences in the wilderness.
