Ellis Is Very Approachable

Let me tell you, Ellis is very approachable. First, I'm a casual golfer and have not had a lot of opportunity to play. I had a terribly embarrassing experience requiring me to replace my whole bag... literally the clubs, bag and all! Ellis was very understanding about the situation. Answering questions honestly and straight forward, I had recommendations quickly and his advice and selections matched my expectations both in budget and my level of play.
