First moments in the kitchen I remember is cooking breakfast and making dinner rolls with my Great Grandma when I was about 5 years old.
I graduated with my Bachelor of Science degree in culinary management in 2016.
I have been working in professional hotel kitchens for 10 years. As a hotel Sous Chef, I have used a many different types of knifes including brands like Wusthof, Shun, and Mercer. I have also used a wide variety of cookware including nonstick, cast iron, and stainless pots and pans.
So, what do I need from you? Be honest with me about what you are looking for, your timeline, your budget, etc. I'm a kitchen expert, not a sales guy! I know this market well and will always keep your culinary needs in mind, as well as your wallet! I'm always happy to find something cheaper, a different color, or put things on hold for a while if that's better for you!
