I first learned to snowboard when I was 8 years old and grew up shredding the mountains of Pennsylvania. Once I moved up to Boston for college, I was able to spend every weekend in the winter exploring the different mountains up in New England which further solidified my love for snowboarding. Additionally I have visited many of the resorts out West including spending most of my season living and riding in Salt Lake City, UT.
From all of these experiences I have ridden just about every type of terrain imaginable and been able to find out what works best for different riders in different conditions. I've always been helping my siblings and friends pick out the perfect board and I'm excited to use all of that knowledge I've gained to help get you on your dream setup and have an unreal season!

I appreciate the assistance from Ryan but I knew what I was looking for I should not be asked to tip for the service the shop should be providing-if I had the extra money I would have bought bindings to instead of swapping between my boards.

He has expertise and has ridden a lot of different boards - It was great to chat with him about what terrain/style I prefer and look over the options. I know how much Ryan enjoys being on the slopes, and I can feel that excitement for my new board too. Would recommend!

Ryan knows what customer service is all about!
Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to chat with, and attentive to my needs/questions. He was prompt on responding to my questions and answered them fully. He even reached out the following day of our initial conversation when he had thought of something else I should consider on deciding between several models of boards. Alternatively, I had also reached out directly to the company of the brand of gear I was hoping to get and their customer service took 3 days to respond and the person that responded did not answer my questions that I specifically asked. I won't fault the company for that, just poor customer service skills of the person that responded to my email. Ryan, with Curated, was easy to chat with on my own time as Curated has a simple system to chat online (instant chatting) and also to respond later if you need to or even to review the conversation you previously had. Seeing as I've worked in various customer service jobs throughout my life I always appreciate an employee going above and beyond for their customers...and Ryan is definately someone that did that. Thanks for everything Ryan!! And think snow ❄❄❄❄
