I grew up in a rural area of West Virginia surrounded by National Forest and the Appalachain Mountains and was raised by two park rangers who had me out in nature at a very young age. They had previously worked in Yellowstone National Park which we made trips to often and I immediately fell in love with Montana and Wyoming and knew I would end up living there one day. I finished school and got a degree in Geography from West Virginia University and ended up becoming a Yellowstone Ranger myself for a while. Though I greatly enjoyed my position I gravitated towards a customer service field and have worked many positions at restauranats, museums, and airports that still give the flexibility to continue enjoying the great outdoors myself. I now live in Montana and spend my free time camping, hiking, skiing, floating the rivers, and exploring Montana's many craft breweries.
