My obsession with coffee began in 2011, when I became a Barista for a local coffee shop. I quickly fell in love with the care and passion I saw being taken at each step of the coffee process... from cultivating, harvesting, processing, roasting, quality control, brewing, and consumption. I wanted to learn everything I possibly could about coffee, so that I could share my excitement with anyone willing to listen.
During my caffeinated journey, I've had the opportunity to train new Baristas, visit coffee farms in Honduras, compete in Barista Competitions, brew in local and regional events, and become part of the welcoming and growing coffee community.
I'm thrilled to be able to help consumers find the best equipment so that I can continue to share the joy that coffee can bring!

Sooooo helpful
I was interested in purchasing a new espresso machine. The last espresso machine I owned was probably 30 years ago. The technology has improved immensely. She stayed within my budget. There was absolutely no pressure. I had already purchased a grinder so she did not even discuss that option which was nice. Her texts were, funny and informative at the same time. Great experience! Gave maximum tip.

Shelby was awesome and I appreciated getting the best prices and feeling confident that the accessories I bought went with the machine I was buying. I was surprised that the support is based on tips versus being commissioned. That feels like something the company should be paying not the customer.

Great service, super helpful! I am not ok, however, with promoting a business model based on tipping. Shelby should simply be paid a wage commensurate with her work and experience, and that should not depend on my momentary generosity. Furthermore, I'm buying this on behalf of our church, and I don't feel it's ethical to add a 'tip' when it's not my money.

Shelby Helped find what was Perfect for me!
The machine I ended up buying was recommended by Shelby, but it was cheaper on another website that could not be price matched. Shelby still helped me dial it in, helped me with accessories, and continues to be someone very knowledgeable and helpful whenever I have questions.
