Personally, creating my own eclectic collection of kitchen knives has been an ever evolving hobby. I love cooking in the outdoors with rugged equipment that can handle the abuse. The patina of a well worn knife is a point of pride for me, and caring for a blade is just as enjoyable as using it.

This guy was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and kind as well. He was patient and worked with me (a novice at knives) and really wanted to show me a bunch of really nice options.
