She presented several alternatives then we narrowed down to my favorites. The final purchase has happened moths after our initial touch point. During that time she has been helpful and has followed up regularly but very tactfully so I have never felt pushed or chased. The final price is quite good and I couldn't be happier with it.

Victoria was great. First time buying Skis as I’ve spent the last few years renting and truly had no idea what to get. She was very knowledgeable and when comparing different styles was quick to explain which ones she preferred and why. I was super picky with the “look” and of skis and boots and she was quick to look for more options. Can’t recommend her enough!
