As the son of two former skiers, you can say that being out on the slopes runs in my DNA. Owing to the fortune of growing up in Oregon, you can find me spending most of my weekends hunting pristine powder at Mts. Hood & Bachelor where I've been skiing for 15+ years. Over the seasons, my passion for the sport hasn't dimmed but only intensified - no bad days at the mountain!

Granted the unique mix of experiences, from refurbishing used skis in my buddy's college basement, to working seasonally as a staff member in the ski shop, to being a member of the terrain crew at a local resort, I have been lucky enough to demo over 30 pairs of skis and currently hold 4 in my personal collection. This has given me the nuanced understanding of the finer details that can make a mediocre trip into an unforgettable experience.

Felt like graduated from a ski school!
I am so glad that there is a recourse like curated and experts like Wilhelm. Reading blogs or watching videos with reviews on youtube will take you days, but all got sorted out for me just in less than 20 messages and couple of hours with super response. I didn't think that there would be a way to do online shopping for skis that feels even better than in-store one. You are getting very detailed, customer-oriented advice from an expert that leaves you no doubts in his knowledge. In less than an hour I received a list of suggestions that had few things that I found for myself previously but didn't know if that is the right choice. Another hour was spent digging in details for each suggestion to understand the difference. I am super excited and anxious waiting for my new pair of twin-tips and cant wait to hit familiar slopes in new equipment!

Awesome service - huge fan!
Wilhelm is a great, super approachable guide. I’ve owned a pair of hand me down skis that weren’t perfect for me. Wilhelm helped me pick a pair that I am incredibly excited about hitting the slopes on. He did a great job explaining the nuances of how to choose skis and bindings that fit my ski style, preferences, and budget. (I am an intermediate skier who spends times on single black diamond steeps, trees, and powder.) A completely different experience from salespeople in the store who can sometimes come across as not having enough time for you — we talked about where I ski, what I liked and didn’t like about my old skis, why certain features were good vs bad for my style, and looked at multiple options. Great choices!
He's very knowledgeable about finding the best deals for your type of style. And very easy to talk to can also recommend the best places to go and ride for the seasons that make it a fun trip experience and is well worth going to. I really appreciate the choices and love my choices definitely going to buy my gear this Christmas season so that way I have it for next season to get back out their and ski again.

Awesome experience!
Wilhelm was super helpful and easy to talk to. He asked direct questions to help narrow down what would work best for my experience level and interests on the slopes. Each item on the list had a description of why it was picked, as well as the pros/cons, which is really helpful in determining which option to go with.
