I was set up with my Curator, Zach. From day 1, he surpassed all expectations. He was responsive, incredibly knowledgeable, communicative, and wonderfully friendly. He quickly spun my shopping adventure from a daunting task to an extremely enjoyable experience! My machine will be delivered today, and I’m so excited!

I was pretty lost about which machine to buy as this is a new hobby I want to get into. I plan on purchasing an expresso machine as my first big “non necessity” purchase. He was super fast in responding and helped me narrow down my options while being very genuine. He answered a lot of questions for me! Would definitely recommend him to assist others and I can’t wait to make my purchase once I graduate!

I am a neophyte when it comes to making coffee but anything but in consuming it. I had grown tired of poorly made espresso drinks when out. I decided it was time to take matters into my own hands and investigate purchasing a machine of my own and learning to create the quality of coffee that I had yearned for. The problem was I did not anything about the equipment and so I sought expert advice.As soon as I got into the pros and cons of various models with him. I know I was in expert hands with Zach. I liked that he began by inquiring about my preferences, my coffee habits, my budget - demonstrating a true client orientation. While I could have afforded to spend more, he astutely steered me to a modestly priced machine that was the best value proposition. He even agreed to tutor me on how to make espressos when the machine arrives. A delightful young man is Zach with deep subject matter expertise and in possession of a most congenial manner.

Zach found the perfect expresso machine to meet my needs. He was thoughtful and knowledgeable about the topic and answered all of my questions. (He even knew of my favorite local coffee shop and helped me find the machine that would help me replicate the exact expresso drink I like at home.) Highly recommend!

This was my first experience with Curated, and based on how great Zach was, I'm definitely going to use Curated again. Zach took the time to learn what my needs were and recommended a scale and a bean holder that are exactly what I was looking for. Zach identified 2 options for me, giving me enough of a choice but not an overwhelming amount. He thought about utility and design and clearly has the pulse on the latest coffee trends in addition to extensive knowledge about quality in the coffee and accessories market. Zach really must be one of the most knowledgeable experts in any domain on this app. He’s also so friendly. He was able to work within the parameters I gave him to pick something perfect for my needs and my design aesthetic. This time was my first using Curated, but because of Zach, it won’t be my last!
