How are experts paid?

Experts get paid for every conversation and a fixed percentage for any sale, regardless of brand. They also receieve 100% of any tips. That way, they give unbiased recommendations and focus solely on getting the best products and experiences for you.

Is my expert available 24/7?

The real answer is, "Yes, kind of."

You can text, message, or call your expert anytime, but they might be a little busy chasing snow, playing a few rounds, or on the water. They'll get back to you within 24 hours, but if you need immediate support, someone on our team will be around.

What if I'm not ready to talk to an expert? I don't want to sound like an idiot.
