How much do I have to pay?

Like the best things in life, our service is absolutely free. Just pay for any purchase or booking. If you want to show your appreciation, tip your expert! 100% of it will go directly to them.

What qualifies for a price match?

The product must be in stock and be identical to our product: same brand, model, color, and size. It must also be eligible for direct shipping to your home. We will price match from major US-based online retailers and brands. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer price matches on bikes.

Your expert will be able to assist you with price matches, applying the price match before you purchase. If you have any questions, please reach out to your expert - they will be happy to assist!

How are experts paid?

Experts get paid for every conversation and a fixed percentage for any sale, regardless of brand. They also receive 100% of any tips. That way, they give unbiased recommendations and focus solely on getting the best products for you.

Is my expert available 24/7?

The real answer is, "Yes, kind of."

You can text, message, or call your expert anytime, but they might be a little busy chasing snow, playing a few rounds, or on the water. They'll get back to you within 24 hours, but if you need immediate support, someone on our team will be around.

What if I'm not ready to talk to an expert? I don't want to sound like an idiot.
