Expert Reviews of the Tyrolia Attack 14 GW Ski Bindings
Amanda S This is a super solid all mountain binding for skiers that are looking to CHARGE. Paired with the right all mountain ski, skiers can feel empowered to take on anything. The newer heel design keeps boots locked in and ready to go. As locked in as you feel, this binding will release if necessary. It is adjustable to different boot heights, and works with boots that have GripWalk. If I ever need to recommend a binding, I choose this one!
Leo Cocchiara The Tyrolia Attack 14 GW has steadily climbed the ranks over the years as one of my favorite ski bindings on the market because they offer outstanding quality at a low to market price in a number of fun colors to tailor to your personality. One of the biggest features I notice is how easy they are to step into and get out of compared to other bindings. This makes it easy to kick your skis off at the lodge or click back in when you eject from a rowdy maneuver in deep powder. They feel light on their feet, and though they're not the most low profile of bindings, the power transfer feels smooth, and I feel locked in on my skis. The durability for hard use and versatility for all mountain skiing has me confident in their performance for any skier looking for reliable retention and clean release when needed.

Power Transfer
5/5
Leo Cocchiara gave 5 of 5 stars. No matter the conditions I'm in, I've found the Tyrolia Attack 14 has a very intuitive power transfer that puts me right on the boards and gives me crisp and precise steering. I never feel a lag in response time and I never feel like I hit a speed they can't handle.
Release Reliability
5/5
Leo Cocchiara gave 5 of 5 stars. The release reliability is spot on with the Tyrolia Attack 14. Never lets go until the moment you actually need it to, and then it's a smooth, crisp release that doesn't feel catchy. Then, when you find yourself unclipped in a steep or snowy environment, you never have to fight to get your boot back into it.
Durability
5/5
Leo Cocchiara gave 5 of 5 stars. I have Tyrolia bindings that are nearly a decade old that are still holding up just as well as they did in their first season. The current model is no exception. I never have issues with pieces breaking, breaks bending, or springs getting weak, even after years of abuse in off-piste under brush and stomping landings.
Versatility
5/5

A ski binding wouldn't be very good if it couldn't tackle every environment on the resort, and the Tyrolia Attack 14 is no exception in that you can take it absolutely anywhere you find inbounds and trust it to perform accordingly.
