The Curated Take
4.5/5
The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is ideal for experienced golfers seeking workability, control, and distance. Its 450cc compact head design and low-spin face offer excellent shot-shaping ability and consistent launch angles for optimal distance. This driver provides ample feedback on off-center strikes without drastic movements, maintaining accuracy even on "off" days. With adjustable weights, players can tune forgiveness to their preference. Though not the most forgiving driver, its performance on mishits is impressive, making it a valuable tool for golfers with average swing speeds. The feel and sound at impact enhance its premium appeal.

Expert Reviews of the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Driver
Evan Mendyk The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is ideal for the lower handicaps who are searching for a great-looking driver with exceptional performance. This driver has no alignment aids on the crown or clubface, so golfers get a clean look from behind the ball. The forgiveness on this driver is excellent, even though the head size is slightly smaller than a traditional driver. I have been impressed on even my worst ball-striking days, as I can still keep the ball in play off the tee because of how forgiving the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is.
Ryan Wegner The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is a solid choice for golfers seeking a blend of distance, forgiveness, and playability. The compact driver has a 450cc clubhead, making it a great fit for more experienced players who want to shape their shots. The driver also incorporates Callaway's 360° carbon chassis and Jailbreak A.I. face, designed to provide distance and forgiveness.
The Paradym Triple Diamond driver is less forgiving than other drivers on off-center hits. However, it is still a very playable club for golfers with average swing speeds. The driver also has a low launch angle, which may only be ideal for some golfers. However, if someone is looking for a driver to help them hit longer, straighter drives, the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is a great option.
Here is a summary of who the Paradym Triple Diamond driver is ideal for:
- Golfers who want a driver that combines distance, forgiveness, and playability.
- Golfers with average swing speeds.
- Golfers who want to be able to shape their shots.
My drives averaged 270 carry with my Ping G425 LST, and now I am carrying at 285 on average with massive runout gains. Getting the proper shaft is key to allowing for a blend of distance and control. I would not recommend this to novice golfers.
Jess P. This driver is great for the lower handicap golfer seeking power, controlled ball flight, more compact head size and shape, and an incredible feel. Whenever I think I'm done testing this club, I want to grab it and hit it repeatedly. I can't get over its looks and feel.
The Project X 60g Hzrdus shaft is ideal for my swing speed and launch. I can go at this driver with a smooth swing or as hard as I want; it never seems to go offline. I recently brought the club to my high school golf team practice session. We were playing a scramble, and the first four players hit. They wouldn't leave the tee box until I hit the Triple Diamond. I striped it 250 right down the middle! I love this club at address, in swing, and at contact.
Bobby Funkhouser The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond Driver is extremely long if I can get the sweet spot with a good swing. Otherwise, this driver is not the most forgiving. If a player needs more consistency with their driver, there are better options for them. This driver was designed for a player with a fast swing speed who wants a low-spinning driver to help bring their ball flight down.

Workability
4/5
Bobby Funkhouser gave 5 of 5 stars. The Paradym Triple Diamond driver is designed specifically for the more accomplished golfer who wants to work the ball. I prefer a driver that offers more forgiveness because I can sometimes get a bit wild with my driver. This is a good option if a player is looking for a workable driver!
Ryan Wegner gave 4 of 5 stars. I am happy with how much I can work the ball in left-to-right and right-to-left shot shapes with the reduced spin driver face. With the heavier of the two weights in the rear of the driver's head, it gives me the most control to keep the face stable through impact. That allows me to use my setup to control the ball's shot shape and still maintain a low-spinning golf ball. My favorite part is my misses in both directions are a lot less, so even if I overwork the ball, it's not falling too far offline.
Evan Mendyk gave 4 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is a great club for shot-shaping and controlling flight. The small head design of this club makes it easier to hit several shots, and I have found that I can hit small or big curving shots when needed and move the ball both ways with ease.
Forgiveness
4/5
Bobby Funkhouser gave 3 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver is designed for more advanced golfers who want to work the ball. Forgiveness is not the main focus of this driver. It has a smaller compact head design compared to the other Paradym drivers. It is a low-launching and low-spinning model.
Ryan Wegner gave 4 of 5 stars. Due to the low spin face, the ball doesn't make drastic movements in any direction on mishits. There is a slight distance loss on low-face hits but not enough to matter for more advanced golfers. The fun part about this driver is the adjustable weights that can be moved front to back to change the forgiveness by reducing the spin even more.
Evan Mendyk gave 5 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is a very forgiving driver considering the size of the head. From behind the ball, this driver looks smaller than other options but is just as forgiving, if not more, on off-center strikes. I have not had a terrible day of driving accuracy, and I feel I can still perform even when I don’t have my “A” game.
Feel
5/5
Bobby Funkhouser gave 4 of 5 stars. I am very pleased with how this driver feels regarding weight. It does not feel overly heavy or too light. I am also pleased with the way it feels at impact. Hits high and low on the face, out on the toe, and in on the heel feel pretty good compared to other drivers I have played with. When I hit the sweet spot with this driver, it feels great!
Ryan Wegner gave 5 of 5 stars. When I hit the ball on the center of the face, it almost feels like I trampoline the ball back off of it with minimum resistance. This has been consistent with all Callaway drivers over the years compared to other competitors I've found. It's the off-center strikes on the face that impress me. Neither the toe strikes nor the heel strikes rattle the club shaft to the point that I must be perfect every time.
Evan Mendyk gave 5 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is an exceptional sounding and feeling driver. I like the feel of this driver as it feels solid when struck well, and I can feel it when I have hit a drive even slightly off-center. This club's feedback is very valuable when thinking about shot shapes on different holes.
Sound
4/5
Bobby Funkhouser gave 4 of 5 stars. Great sound from this driver at impact. It is not super loud and obnoxious like some drivers can be nowadays. It does have a different sound when I hit the sweet spot than when I do not. Sweet spot or not, I like the sound!
Ryan Wegner gave 5 of 5 stars. The driver I had used prior to this Callaway had the loudest slap, crack, or ping sound depending on the strike and echoed around the tee box. Due to the forged face, this muted sound is a more pure sound I get on both solid strikes and mishits. I prefer to feel my mishits more than hear them and want a crisp sound of the face. For those baseball players, I relate it to the sound of a pure wood maple bat compared to a metal bat.
Evan Mendyk gave 4 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is a great-sounding club. At impact, this club has a solid and deep sound that is not too loud or high-pitched. I really enjoy the dull sound of this driver, and I think it makes the club feel and sound more premium. I also enjoy the feedback on sound from off-center strikes, as I can hear when I have hit the ball directly from the center of the club.
Launch
5/5
Ryan Wegner gave 5 of 5 stars. The consistency of the launch angle for my stock drives is pleasing to the eye and the scorecard. I've always struggled with high launches and spin rates, and this driver has yet to show signs of ballooning golf balls with high spin rates. If anything, my miss is a low straight-line stinger that runs out. Getting the ball up in the air has never been an issue for me, so this driver takes what I already do in my swing and allows me to swing quicker without adding unwanted spin.
Evan Mendyk gave 5 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond driver is easy to launch in the correct window for maximum distance. I like how I can control the launch of this club by changing the setup and tee height to hit different shots. For a stock tee shot, this club provides a medium-high launch which I think is best for distance because I get the best mix of carry distance and rollout.
Distance
5/5
Bobby Funkhouser gave 5 of 5 stars. The first thing I noticed when I tested this driver was the distance. I was impressed when I looked down at the TrackMan, and it showed that I hit it 20 yards farther than my average driver distance. I thought maybe it was just a lucky shot, but it wasn't! I hit it 20 times and averaged about 17 yards longer with the Paradym Triple Diamond compared to my gamer driver.
Ryan Wegner gave 5 of 5 stars. The first time I hit this driver, I immediately noticed the distance gains. The first hole of my home course is a dogleg right par 5, and I carry the ball to where I would finish with my previous driver. I go from the top 10 longest hitters to the top three on most league nights. My favorite part is even with my mishits on all parts of the face, I am still within the top 10 of total distance because I continue to get the rollout. The carbon fiber construction of the head is top-notch technology to help improve clubhead speed.
Evan Mendyk gave 4 of 5 stars. The Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is one of the longest drivers I have ever hit. The most impressive aspect of the distance of this driver is the consistency it provides, even on off-center strikes. I am pleasantly surprised by how much further mishits travel compared to other drivers in the same category.
FAQs
What was your favorite moment with this gear?
Bobby Funkhouser The first time I hit it. I was in shock when I looked at the TrackMan data. I hit it 20 yards farther than my current driver.
Ryan Wegner I drove nearly two greens in my Tuesday night scratch league the first week after buying the Triple Diamond. One was a slight fade, and one was a baby draw. I immediately put my other driver up for sale in the clubhouse and have yet to look back.
Evan Mendyk My favorite moment with the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond was a near hole-in-one on a par 4. The uphill 320-yard hole with trees blocking the view of the green from the tee. I hit a high draw over the mature trees, and when I walked to the green, I had less than two feet for an eagle.
Why did you choose this product?
Bobby Funkhouser I need a low-spinning driver due to my clubhead speed. This driver brings my spin down, which gives me more distance.
Ryan Wegner I chose this driver without ever hitting it. I researched and knew my main goal was to get a driver with lower spin and launch that I could gain a few yards with, especially as I continued to get more consistent. Every YouTube review said golf balls jump off the driver's face for this Paradym, and if I matched the proper shaft, I could be deadly. I prefer a slightly smaller driver head which enticed me to see a 450cc driver head instead of 460cc.
Evan Mendyk I chose this driver over other options for several reasons. First, I loved the clean look of this driver with no alignment aids on the top line or face. Second, I was impressed with how forgiving this driver is. During my fitting, I hit most drives from the bottom of the face, and I was shocked that it still produced drives well over 300 with off-center strikes.
What is the value for the money versus other options?
Ryan Wegner This driver is a high-end priced driver for the tour level player. However, the value is unmatched when it comes to distance with forgiveness this driver offers. I can get more forgiveness for the same price as other drivers, but I can not get the same distance gains which was my main priority.
What do you love about this product?
Bobby Funkhouser This driver is extremely long. I am shocked by how much distance I gained from using this driver compared to my Rogue ST Max LS driver.
Ryan Wegner I've been looking to add a few more yards to my drives without sacrificing too much forgiveness. I fell in love with the Triple Diamond Paradym driver when I hit it. With the Hzrdus Green RDX shaft, I've been mashing drives longer with ease while still being able to move the ball right to left and left to right. It is one of the sleekest-looking driver heads I've ever seen with the slightly smaller 450cc head.
Evan Mendyk The thing I love about the Callaway Paradym Triple Diamond is the clean look and classic head shape, along with the great forgiveness despite the smaller head.
