Allison K. After much deliberation on the cost versus features, I decided to splurge and purchase a set of these camp chairs for my partner and me to use on camping trips from now on. We were both completely blown away by its luxury features, excellent quality/durability, and high level of comfort. Between the adjustable headrest, reclining feature to stare up at the massive trees and breathtaking night sky, the comfort of the fabric and the extra secure pockets, I will not stop talking up this chair anytime soon.

The included carrying case makes it easy to pack away, keep organized, and protect from use and abuse while packing and unpacking it. At only 8lbs 11oz, it also weighs little for its durability, so it's easy to carry around. I have had no issues bringing this chair on many adventures and road trips and always find a place for it among my camping gear.

The seat is made of nonabsorbent monofilament mesh, keeping one cool and breezy. It also resists bacteria, withstands sun exposure, and quickly drains water if left in the rain. We left our chairs out in the rain for two nights while camping, and to our surprise (compared to our friend's standard camp chairs), they were dry the following morning. I've had many camp chairs get "baked" by the sun and the fabric worn down quickly, but I don't think that could happen with this chair and its mesh design.

I'm a big fan of swings and swinging on things in general, so when I found a camp chair that reclines and swings, I knew it was love at first sight. I consistently swing in it and never feel like I will tip over and put too much pressure on the legs. The center of gravity stays right where it's supposed to every time. I also love reclining back and stretching my body after a day of adventuring. Gazing up at the night sky is a wonderful bonus before I turn in for the night. The built-in pockets and lightness of the mesh add to the comfort, along with the adjustable headrest, which I moved a little to account for my height, and now my head is in the ideal spot every time.

The anodized poles naturally slot into place without having to look at any instructions. The included carrying case is so convenient with its handle and adjustable carrying strap, so I know I have all the pieces every time and added protection to keep the chair protected and in great shape.

Allison K. My favorite moment with my set of Stargazer chairs was a recent trip to the Olympic Peninsula in Washington. My partner and I spent five days and four nights in the temperate rainforest, beaches, and mountains of Northwestern Washington. These chairs got rain soaked, wind whipped, sun blasted, and set up and broken down more times than I can count. They still look like they are brand new out of their bags. The chairs worked well for day use and camping in all types of terrain: rock, dirt, grass, mud, and sand. They are so good at planting on uneven terrain and allowing me to relax and enjoy their many comforts. Sitting next to my partner at our campsite in our Stargazer chairs after a day of adventuring takes the cake for my absolute favorite moment with this piece of sitting gear.

Allison K. The Nemo Stargaze Recliner Luxury Chair is a great value for the higher price tag. The chair uses high-quality, durable materials for the chair base and legs to last many adventures. The comfort features are unmatched with any other chair I've used, let alone how compact it is for these comfort features (compared with a zero gravity chair). The combined reclining and swinging features add to the comfortable and relaxing experience of sitting in this chair.
