Some final advice: I recommend cooking on medium heat or medium-low heat for maximum performance and to improve the longevity of the nonstick surface. Cooking on high heat can wear down any nonstick surface over time, and has the potential to create chips or cracks.

Although many of these cookware sets I've recommended are dishwasher safe, you will get a longer lifespan by handwashing, as you aren't exposing your cookware to rapid temperature changes that can wear down or damage the nonstick surface over time.
