The Curated Take

4.7/5

The Anon WM3 Goggles are ideal for riders seeking easy lens swapping and a wide field of vision in a stylish, frameless design. These goggles are particularly beneficial for those who frequently change lenses to adapt to different lighting conditions due to their Magnetic Face Integration (MFI) system. They offer exceptional comfort with a broad fit and soft foam, but the strap may stretch, and the foam around the nose might peel over time. They provide above-average anti-fogging qualities and ample ventilation. These goggles are great for riders prioritizing quick lens changes, field of vision, and a comfortable, high-quality fit.

Expert Reviews of the Anon Wm3 Goggles Women's

Terri Hunter The Anon WM3 Goggles are my favorite ever. They are the only goggles I will wear over the helmet, under the helmet, or even helmet-less. The wider field of vision is great for peripherals but also makes the WM3 a stylish option. The Magnetic Face Integration (MFI) system makes wearing the appropriate lens for lighting conditions super easy. Just grab the corner to remove the lens; the new one will snap right into place. The magnetic face mask option is also a great feature of the goggles. I can easily snap the face mask into place for maximum coverage without pulling the goggles up to slide the mask underneath. The magnetic system also holds the mask away from my face a little more. I am an expert rider and have only had my lens pop out once. The magnet is extremely strong, but I caught my heel edge on a rail, and when I fell backward onto the snow, my lens flew out.

Review Ratings

Durability

4/5
Terri Hunter gave 4 of 5 stars. The goggles are very durable and will show "normal" signs of wear over 100 days. The foam around the nose may start to peel, and the strap may stretch. The lenses themselves last forever if one takes good care of them. Usually, the frame has to be replaced before the lenses.

Comfort

5/5
Terri Hunter gave 5 of 5 stars. The wider frame on these goggles makes for a very comfortable fit. They do not squeeze or pinch my nose or face. The foam is soft and thick, allowing a seamless fit around my face. The strap is comfortable over a hat or over a helmet. If the goggles are worn under the helmet, the plastic sliders (used for tightening) may create a pressure point.

Field of View

5/5
Terri Hunter gave 5 of 5 stars. These goggles are bigger than most women's specific goggles. The lens is very broad, which allows for maximum field of view. The frameless style allows only a field of vision through the lens. The goggles are like looking through a car windshield with unobstructed views. The view isn't "warped" in any way.

Anti Fog

4/5
Terri Hunter gave 4 of 5 stars. The goggles perform like most others in the anti-fogging realm. When hiking in cold conditions, it's natural for the goggles to fog. The Anon WM3 Goggles have a bonus feature in the anti-fog department because of the magnetic lens. If the lenses are fogged, simply remove them from the frame and put them in a pocket (in a goggle bag for protection) to warm up. One doesn't even have to take the goggles off their head/helmet.

Ventilation

5/5
Terri Hunter gave 5 of 5 stars. The goggles do not squish my face, allowing for more ventilation. The thick foam provides a seamless fit for most average face sizes and does not allow wind to enter the goggles. Just make sure the strap is tightened down to provide a tight fit. Take the lenses out to cool down.

Quality

5/5
Terri Hunter gave 5 of 5 stars. The goggles are made of very high-quality materials and are built to last. The lenses are thoughtfully constructed to work in a wide variety of lighting conditions. The outer coating on any mirrored lenses does not scratch off. The strap is durable and grips the hat or helmet. The foam is thick and comfortable but may peel around the nose over time.

FAQs

What do you love about this product?

Terri Hunter The MFI system is one of the most effective ways to change lenses. The magnets are super strong, and I can quickly pop the old lens out. The new lens snaps into the right place every time. The magnetic face mask is also a great addition. Pulling my mask up is quick, and it sits perfectly on the bottom of the goggles. I get less fog with the mask system. The peripheral vision is wide, and the goggles look stylish.

What is the value for the money versus other options?

Terri Hunter The goggles come with two high-quality lenses, so the value is above average. A lot of goggles only come with one lens for the same price. The Anon WM3 are of a very high quality overall, so they are worth the cost.
