Expert Reviews of the Staub Cast Iron 10-Inch Pure Grill
Grace Vogel The Staub Cast Iron 10" Pure Grill pan is a great piece of kitchen equipment for those who are interested in bringing the grill flavor to their favorite vegetables and proteins without using a barbecue. The Staub Cast Iron Pure Grill pan is made of high-quality cast iron, which conducts heat well. The pan is built to retain high heat, which helps to add grill marks to whatever is cooked in the pan.
I have used the Staub Cast Iron Pure Grill pan to cook flatbread, roast eggplant, and grill steaks. It has served me very well in all of these scenarios. My main complaint with the pan is that I have occasionally found that some food sticks despite the nonstick coating, especially when cooking proteins. Because there are ridges in the pan, it can also be slightly difficult to clean off the food residue. However, this only happens in very rare cases. I still highly recommend this product to cooks of all levels interested in exploring an indoor grill pan.

FAQs
What do you love about this product?
Grace Vogel I love that this product brings the outdoor barbecue indoors, allowing me to grill meats and vegetables from the comfort of my kitchen.
What was your favorite moment with this gear?
Grace Vogel My favorite moment with the grill pan was when I decided to use it to make flatbread. The bread puffed up beautifully and retained nice grill marks because the pan retained such high heat.
Why did you choose this product?
Grace Vogel I shopped around between many grill pans and was ultimately won over by the high-quality nature of Staub's cast iron. I knew this pan would be a great heat conductor and help me achieve my grilling dreams indoors.
What is the value for the money versus other options?
Grace Vogel Like most Staub products, the grill pan is a more expensive item. However, it is highly durable and built to last, so the investment is well worth it.
